Emmanuel immigrated from Nigeria. He served six years in the army, and obtained a Masters Degree in Safety, Security and Emergency Management, with specialty in Occupational  Safety, from Eastern Kentucky University. He joined the Houston Fire Department in 2006, and retired as a Captain.

Cyril is a NEBOSH graduate with professional experience of over 20 years in Safety, Security and Emergency Management.  He holds a BSc Hons in Information Technology and Computing with an MSc in Commerce and Maritime Studies. A creative thinker,  Ex-Marine Chief Engineer/ Technical Superintendent, and Fleet Manager who has sailed on and managed various types of Marine vessels and other assets.

Danny Parker has served as Chief  Administrative Office for  Vendture LLC, a maker of hot  food vending machines. He  previously served as CFO and  General Counsel for Swipe and  Spen Grove Capital Group, ATM  management firms. He has  worked in legal, financial and  strategic planning capacities for  law firms, startups, construction  material firms, music firms, and  professional athletes. Mr. Parker  is member of the California Bar, and holds Industrial Engineering,  MBA, and Law degrees from  Stanford.

Marsh is a retired Houston Firefighter, with over 23 years of fire suppression experience, and as an EMT-B. With experience in interior, exterior, Hazmat, high rise, wild land, and airport response fire mitigation and support., Marsh advises on proper public safety integration. He also brings over 20+ years of IT-related support, management, and problem-solving for IT-related issues. Marsh served as the Divisional Support Desktop Manager for the CHI St. Luke’s Health Hospital System, under the Commonspirit Health System umbrella of care, for all practices, clinics, and hospitals in Texas with responsibility extending for some 200 miles from San Augustine, Texas to Brazosport, Texas and everything in between. He managed over 38+ employees, contractors, and approx.. 20K plus assets, consisting of PCs, Printers, Mobile devices, iPads, Laptops, Medical devices, etc. Marsh also holds a BSc in Criminology/Sociology and advanced certifications in HDI Desktop Support, A+, ITIL v3. and PMP for Project Management.
